One-Year Workmanship Warranty
Unless otherwise stated in writing, Great American Home Solutions provides a one (1) year workmanship warranty from the date of substantial project completion.
This warranty covers defects resulting directly from installation or workmanship performed by Great American Home Solutions.
What Is Covered
Installation defects
Improper workmanship
Labor-related failures caused by our work
Corrective repairs necessary due to covered workmanship issues
What Is Not Covered
Normal wear and tear
Customer abuse, neglect, or misuse
Acts of nature, storms, flooding, fire, or natural disasters
Structural movement, settling, or foundation issues
Manufacturer defects in products or materials
Damage caused by third parties
Lack of proper maintenance
Existing conditions not visible at the time of construction
Warranty Claims
Warranty claims must be submitted in writing and include:
Customer name
Property address
Description of the issue
Photos if available
The Company reserves the right to inspect and verify all warranty claims before performing repairs.
Exclusive Remedy
Repair or replacement of defective workmanship shall be the sole remedy under this warranty.
No cash refunds shall be provided for warranty claims.
Transferability
This workmanship warranty is non-transferable unless otherwise stated in writing.
