Cancellation Policy

Great American Home Solutions LLC

Before Work Begins

Customers may cancel a project before work begins by providing written notice. Any deposits paid may be refunded less:

  • Material costs already incurred
  • Permit fees
  • Design fees
  • Administrative expenses
  • Scheduling and mobilization costs

After Work Begins

If a project is canceled after work has commenced, the customer shall be responsible for:

  • Completed labor
  • Materials purchased
  • Permits and inspection fees
  • Subcontractor expenses
  • Equipment rentals
  • Administrative costs

An invoice will be issued for all work performed through the cancellation date.

Material Orders

Special-order, custom-order, and non-returnable materials are not eligible for refunds. Restocking fees charged by suppliers will be deducted from any eligible refund.

Company Cancellation Rights

Great American Home Solutions reserves the right to terminate a project agreement for:

  • Non-payment
  • Unsafe working conditions
  • Breach of contract
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Failure to provide reasonable site access

Notice Requirement

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or certified mail.
