Refund Policy
Great American Home Solutions LLC
At Great American Home Solutions LLC, we are committed to high‑quality workmanship and excellent customer service. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may or may not be issued for our construction and home improvement services.
Estimates & Deposits
- All estimates are provided in good faith based on the information available at the time of inspection.
- Accepted proposals may require a deposit before work begins.
- Deposits are generally non‑refundable once materials have been ordered, permits have been obtained, scheduling commitments have been made, or project preparation has begun.
- If a project is canceled by the customer before any materials are ordered or work has commenced, Great American Home Solutions may, at its sole discretion, issue a partial or full refund of the deposit, less any costs already incurred.
Material Orders
- Custom‑ordered, special‑order, or non‑returnable materials are not eligible for refunds.
- If materials have already been purchased for a project, any refund will be reduced by the cost of those materials, shipping fees, restocking fees, and any related expenses incurred.
Completed Work
- Because of the nature of construction and home improvement services, refunds are generally not available for completed work.
- If a customer believes work was not performed according to the agreed‑upon scope of work, they must notify Great American Home Solutions in writing within seven (7) days of project completion.
- We will review the concern and, if necessary, schedule an inspection and provide corrective work within a reasonable timeframe.
Project Cancellations
- Customers wishing to cancel a scheduled project must provide written notice.
- Cancellation fees may apply if labor, materials, permits, equipment rentals, subcontractors, or scheduling commitments have already been secured for the project.
Warranty Service
- Refunds will not be issued for issues covered under an applicable workmanship warranty.
- Great American Home Solutions reserves the right to inspect and repair any covered workmanship issue before any other remedy is considered.
Force Majeure
- Great American Home Solutions is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather events, natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, labor shortages, government actions, or utility interruptions.
- Such events do not automatically qualify a customer for a refund.
Chargebacks
- Customers agree to contact Great American Home Solutions first to attempt to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
- Unauthorized chargebacks may result in collection efforts and recovery of associated costs where permitted by law.
